    CTP Printers ad: The LIght Bulb


    CTP Printers wanted to run an above-the-line year's ad campaign consisting of a series of ads. We were given a very open brief, so off we went to start the concept and brainstorming stage. On conclusion of 3 concepts, we then presented rough scamps of the concepts to our client. They loved all the ideas but settled with one concept in particular.... we called it "The Heart, the Light Bulb and the Exclamation". It was a big production setting up piles of book on shelves hoisted by scaffolding. Forming the books into shapes of hearts, magazines into an exclamation mark and educational textbooks into a light bulb was not half as easy as it looks!! The execution to getting the book shapes looking flawless on the ad required hours of re-touching and photo-manipulation. Client was thrilled with the end product.
