The Rawson Constantia/Plumstead estate agent team requested us to design a calendar that they could use as a marketing tool and corporate gift to give to clients and potential sellers or buyers. The brief was to make the calendar fun; look good and be useful so that their client would magentise it to their fridge. By doing this, the aim was to ensure that Rawson properties are top of mind when it comes to chosing an estate agent, if ever that client would want to buy or sell a property.
