Shirwood Biltong packaging needed a re-brand to update and re-fresh their packaging. The only elements that we kept from the old packaging was the tree icon and the use of black and yellow. Most importantly, was the request to showcase the biltong so that customers can clearly see what the biltong looks like. We created a new logo typeface along with new filmstrip and triangle-style labelling for product differentiation. After the look and feel had been approved, we then rolled out all 23 packaging variants.
